Caregivers that are placed in your home have been carefully screened through four agencies.  All agencies are required to do a background screen through the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE).  Partners takes the position that we can’t be too careful in looking out for your loved ones.  Therefore, in addition to the mandatory FDLE background screen we also do a National Background screen (if they have a record anywhere in the US we will see it), Department of Motor Vehicle screen, and an Applicant screen.  We also check their work history and call their references.
