Better Season for Seniors

The Better Season for Seniors is a BLFS program that gives gifts to Seniors citizens in need.  This could include those with little material possessions, in need of renewal of household supplies or someone with no family to celebrate this Holiday Season with.

Whether the senior citizen lives in a facility or community this gift may be the only part of the holiday season they see.

Last year BLFS collected and distributed over 300 gifts to needy Polk seniors.  Organization such as The Estates at Carpenters, Platinum Financial, and many more sponsored a gift tree whereby staff members / employees would sponsor a senior by purchasing a gift.
